SALES CONSULTANT
A target oriented team player, who will be working closely with clients to deliver the best service in providing Re-Holz’ product to a wide scope of architectural design.
Responsibilities :
- Reaching monthly, yearly sales terget.
- Giving product knowledge to prospective terget market (architect, contractor, project owner)
- Increasing prospective customer database.
- Maintaining relationship with prospective customer & existing customer
- Coordinating with project team on customer request & project timeline.
- Handling projects across Indonesia.
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ and other technical major will be a plus point.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position & same industry (building material).
- Have a good knowledge in building materials & construction.
- Able to operate Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
- Have a driving license (SIM A / SIM C) and a vehicle.
PRODUCT SPECIFIER
A well-versed and confident team player, who will be presenting and specifying the brand and products to Re-Holz’ specified target market/ targeted projects, specifically assisting clients during technical’s planning.
Job Description :
- Conducting presentation of brand and products to specified target market (architect, building consultant, contractors, etc.), resulting in quotation request from client and product being specified in future projects.
- Collecting database of prospective clients and projects across Indonesia.
- Building a relationship with prospective customers.
- Assisting customers with technical knowledge before project dealing.
- Creating a weekly and monthly target report.
Qualification :
- < 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in architecture/ civil engineering/ design interior.
- Minimal 2 years experience in building material industry, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in AutoCad, Sketch Up and other design programs.
- Have a good understanding on construction project and building material industry.
- Have a good public speaking and communication skill.
