The communal area, which consists of living and dining rooms, is elevated to the mezzanine floor, in order to give better air circulation, light, and a view of the surrounding neighborhood.

A minimal color palette consisting of white, grey, and brown is chosen in order to give a clean and spacious look. During the day, natural light that comes into the house creates beautiful lines through ReHolz sunscreen that is placed under the glass canopy. Beautifully blended with the ReHolz stair panel, they create together a warm ascending area that leads to the more private rooms on the upper level of the house.
